In Which Business Processes and for Which Purposes Personal Data are Used<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data are used within the scope of the business processes and purposes listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Realization of membership transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing farmers with easy and fast access to agricultural inputs at more affordable prices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to enable ne ekersen to expand its farmer network and increase its sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enabling farmers to sell their crops without the need for intermediaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statistical evaluations and market research for the development of agricultural activities and economy in Turkey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving the services offered through ne ekersen, developing new services and providing information about them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving the services offered through ne ekersen, developing new services and providing information about them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyzing the needs of ne ekersen and the Farmer and providing promotion, opportunities and benefits in line with the needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying out the promotion and marketing of applications, goods, products and services in line with the preferences and needs of ne ekersen and the Farmer, by conducting direct marketing, digital marketing, remarketing, targeting, profiling and analysis within the scope of the contractual relationship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolving the problems and complaints of ne ekersen and the Farmer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating the satisfaction, loyalty and commitment of ne ekersen and the Farmer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corporate reputation management, media communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking of accounting and purchasing transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal processes and compliance with legislation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responding to information requests from administrative and judicial authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning reporting and business development activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring information and process security and preventing malicious use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning and execution of operational activities necessary to ensure that ne ekersen's activities are carried out in accordance with ne ekersen procedures and policies prepared within the scope of the PDP Law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making the necessary arrangements to ensure that the processed data is up-to-date and accurate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E. Technical and Administrative Measures Taken to Ensure the Security of Personal Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ne ekersen undertakes to take all necessary legal, technical and administrative measures and to show due diligence to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of your personal data. ne ekersen takes the necessary precautions to protect personal data against unauthorized access or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction of this information. In this context, ne ekersen;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uses generally accepted security technology standards such as firewalls, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and AWS Cloud Security when storing personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures that personal data on paper media are kept in locked cabinets and accessed only by authorized persons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ne ekersen creates and implements access authorization and control matrices for its employees in order to prevent unlawful processing of personal data collected within the scope of the services provided by ne ekersen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It uses Pseudonymization (pseudonymous data) for all secondary data processing other than primary processing purposes. In order to ensure that pseudonymous data makes it impossible to identify the person concerned, it uses encryption methods in the systems containing this data and applies a stricter access authorization and control policy to this data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Takes the necessary contractual measures for the personal data processed by third parties from whom services are received within the scope of the service provided to be processed in accordance with the PDP Law and deleted from their systems after the service is terminated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event that personal data is damaged or falls into the hands of third parties as a result of attacks on the website and system, despite ne ekersen taking the necessary information security measures, ne ekersen will immediately notify you and the Personal Data Protection Board and take the necessary measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F.
