Cancellation Refund Terms
The objection process for collections made by 3D or virtual pos from the online collection system of ne ekersen Inc. ("ne ekersen") is 10 business days. Our company will evaluate and inform the customer within 7 business days after the cardholder makes a refund request to us. Our company works in advance and requests 10 business days after the invoice date will not be evaluated.

Payment Information Security
The online security department established within ne ekersen takes measures to prevent illegal uses such as credit card fraud by checking the identity and address information of our customers who will shop for the first time and contacting customers by phone when necessary. ne ekersen has a 256bit security certificate. The credit card information provided in purchases made from ne ekersen is transferred to the system of contracted banks using the 256bit SSL encryption protocol provided by SSLs.com independently of the site and the query is made by the bank. The result of the query is instantly transmitted to the customer and the payment process is completed. The card information entered is transmitted directly to the bank; All transactions take place between the customer and the bank. Since this information cannot be viewed and saved by the site in any way, it is not possible for the information to be obtained by third parties.

Safety Warning
Cases such as theft of credit card information mostly occur in physical environments. For this reason, it is not recommended to use credit cards in restaurants etc. or to give the card number to others.

In cases of credit card fraud detected by ne ekersen, the relevant bank and cardholder are informed about the situation.
For online shopping, the address and telephone information of the shopping site should be verified and, if necessary, the customer service number on the site should be called for verification.
Provincial central courts and enforcement offices are authorized to resolve all disputes that may arise from this contract.
